The Company, V . Sundararajulu & Associates was started in the year 1986 with a team of civil and Structural Engineers , Headed by our Founder - Dr.V.Sundararajulu , ME ( Struct) , PhD ( Construction Management ) , PE, C Eng , FIE ( Ind ) , FICA , FIA Struct E , FACCE , FASCE ( USA) . who served 20 years in Tamil Nadu State Government and voluntarily retired after gaining vast and rich experience in the field as a Senior Engineer and started this firm.

Our Expertise include Structural Analysis and Design, Valuation for banks and private financiers for mortgage purpose and Income Tax, Land and Project surveying along with layout marking for factories, Buildings and other infrastructures like Roads, Electrical, Plumbing lines, Swimming pools, etc.

Project management services mainly on monitoring , control and quality assurance and quantity surveying and Medium and large projects upto Rs 1000 Crores. Arbitration works as per Arbitration & Conciliation act 2015 to solve the dispute between the owners and builders / contractors as fellow members of Indian council of Arbitrators
